Is there a return policy? Yes, please click on the "Return Policy" link on the bottom right of the home page.

Can I pick up the items locally? - Yes, you can visit our retail store, but be sure to contact us before stopping in. From time to time, we do have products shipped from off-site warehouses. This way we can be sure it is in the store before you make the trip.

Do you carry items that are not on your website? - Yes. If there is something you are looking for, please contact customerservice@gooddens.com. Often times, due to dealer restrictions, there are products we are not allowed to advertise through our website.

NewCan you ship internationally? - Yes. We now ship to Europe, Australia, NewZealand, Canada, Japan. Please contact us for a shipping quote at customerservice@gooddens.com if your country is not available.  Due to the changing costs of shipments, we will provide a quote for shipping overseas. All orders outside of the United States and Canada require payment through PayPal.

Are you and authorized dealer/Are all product warranties valid? - Yes. We are an authorized dealer for all products advertised on this website. All warranties through the dealer are valid.

Can I use local gift-cards on your website? - Unfortunately, the website is not currently set up to accept local retail store gift certificates. If you would like to use it on website items and have it shipped to you, we would ask that you mail it in to us so we can redeem it in the store. We ask that you email us with what you would like to order, and we will contact you pertaining to the information that is needed.

What happens if my package is lost on the way to me, or it says it delivered, but I never received the item? If an item is lost in transit and there has been no update on your delivery confirmation / tracking number for more than 2 weeks after the number has been emailed to you, please let us know and we will start a trace on the package. A trace can take anywhere from 8-30 days dependent on the location of the intended destination. If an item is said to be delivered but you did not receive it, an investigation will need to take place as well, and only after the shipping company has finished their investigation, will we send out a replacement.
 
Can I get a negotiate a better deal if I contact Goodden's? It's definitely worth a try! The agreements that retailers have to sign with the product vendors often have clauses that restrict the ADVERTISED PRICE that retailers can publish. But there are generally no restrictions on the actual SALE PRICE. So email us with the item you're interested in and the price you think is fair, and we'll consider it. Serious offers only please.
