If I wish to cancel my order after my credit card has been charged, should I just call my credit card issuer and initiate a Charge Back? Before contacting your credit card issuer, please email us at customerservice@gooddens.com or call us at (262) 363-4580 and we will be happy to issue a refund. Initiating a Charge Back through your credit card issuer actually causes a delay in the process and will cost Gooddens.com substantial bank fees.

Is there a return policy? Yes, please click on the "Return Policy" link on the bottom right of the home page.

Can I pick up the items locally? - Yes, you can visit our retail store, but be sure to contact us before stopping in. From time to time, we do have products shipped from off-site warehouses. This way we can be sure it is in the store before you make the trip.

Do you carry items that are not on your website? - Yes. If there is something you are looking for, please contact customerservice@gooddens.com. Often times, due to dealer restrictions, there are products we are not allowed to advertise through our website.

Can you ship internationally? - Yes. We ship Worldwide.  All orders outside of the United States and Canada require payment through PayPal or Google Checkout.

Are you and authorized dealer/Are all product warranties valid? - Yes. We are an authorized dealer for all products advertised on this website. All warranties through the dealer are valid.

Can I use local gift-cards on your website? - Unfortunately, the website is not currently set up to accept local retail store gift certificates.

What happens if my package is lost on the way to me, or it says it delivered, but I never received the item? If an item is lost in transit and there has been no update on your delivery confirmation / tracking number for more than 2 weeks after the number has been emailed to you, please let us know and we will start a trace on the package. A trace can take anywhere from 8-30 days dependent on the location of the intended destination. If an item is said to be delivered but you did not receive it, an investigation will need to take place as well, and only after the shipping company has finished their investigation, will we send out a replacement.
