Avoid Returns: It's
no fun to receive an item that doesn't fit or doesn't look the way you thought
it would. The best way to avoid returns is to go to a retail store and try on
some frames, while noting the brand and model number(s) including color/size
codes of the ones you like. Then come here and get a great price on them.
Avoid the Restocking
Fee: Our restocking fee is only 10%, which is actually below the industry
average and is only applied when you return an item for refund. If you are not
happy with the sunglasses you receive, or have received a defective pair, the best thing to do is exchange them.

Payment Tips: The
best way to pay is via PayPal or Google Checkout. Either of these methods
offers enhanced security and a convenient dispute resolution process. Alternatively, we do
accept payment by credit or debit card for our customers with North American billing addresses.
Use a Credit/Debit card
issued by a U.S. or Canadian bank: These cards generally use the Address
Verification System (AVS) which matches the billing address on the order with the billing address on your card. Many cards issued
by foreign banks do not use AVS. Our system will automatically reject any card
that does not support AVS.
Security Code: Our
payment system will reject your transaction if you don't enter the correct card
security code, which is on the back of most cards but is on the front of
American Express cards.
Billing Info: When
you provide the billing info during checkout make sure the name, address and phone number correspond to what your credit
card issuer has on record for you. If the billing info does not match the
information associated with the credit card you use, your transaction will be
reviewed by our security staff and could be cancelled.
Shipping Info: Always
include a phone number for the location you wish to ship to, preferably a
land line that can be verified as belonging to that location. Customer Service and the carrier needs
this in the event of a delivery problem. Our shipping policy can be viewed here.
Ship to a Secure
Location: If you feel that your package will be at risk of theft at the
delivery location, then it may be best to send it to your local Post Office for
pick up instead.
Prescriptions: We do not fill prescriptions and we do not accept insurance. We do of course provide a receipt that you can submit to your plan.
