Order Cancellation/Return PolicyPrescription Eyeglasses, Sunglasses, or Goggles
Incorrect Prescriptions: If your prescription lenses do not match your prescription, we will replace the lenses one time free of charge, including shipping charges. No modifications are allowed.
Defective frames or lenses: We will replace them free of charge, including shipping cost to/from the contiguous United States. There are no refunds, exchanges, or modifications in cases of defective products. You must have an RMA to return them and the items shipped must match your original order.
Non-Defective frames or lenses: There are no refunds or exchanges on prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses, including the frames, even if they haven't been worn. These products are Custom Orders, made especially for you.
You MUST notify us within 14 Days of receipt of the product(s) in the event of a defect.
Non-Prescription Frames, Sunglasses, Goggles and Accessories
Defective Items: We will gladly replace or refund you in the event of a defective non-prescription item, in accordance with the terms contained in the following two paragraphs.
Exchanges/Store Credit: All non-prescription items may be returned for a store credit equal to the purchase price, or exchanged for a new item of equal value, without incurring a restocking fee, within 10 days of receipt. Follow the instructions for a Return Merchandise Authorization below. Goodden’s does not pay for shipping on exchange items. Standard shipping charges apply.
Refunds: All non-prescription items returned for REFUND must be returned within 10 days of receipt. Follow the instructions for a Return Merchandise Authorization below. We will retain a 10% restocking fee, based on the price of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are paid for by the customer.
Sunglasses/ Eyeglasses Returns: All items MUST be sent in a cardboard box with appropriate packing material. Any item not returned as specified or in an envelope will be refused or subject to a 10% restocking fee. Make sure all accessories are included and are in the original condition. Cleaning cloth must be unopened.
Return Merchandise Authorization: Please send any returned items with everything included and in Original Condition as described below. Please include a note, explaining why you have returned the merchandise, along with a copy of your invoice that you received. Your invoice number will be your reference RMA number. We will review the return and process an exchange, credit or refund within 10 days.
Original Condition: All items must be returned in new condition, along with all of the original contents and packaging. Returns which are not in the original condition or not within the specified time frame shall be subject to 10% restocking fee, rejection or store credit only.

Lost in Shipment: Always use a shipper that will supply you with a tracking number. Goodden’s is not responsible for any items lost in shipment.
