Defective
Merchandise: If
your purchased item is defective, please contact us within 10 days of
receipt and a representative will provide instructions to obtain a full refund
or exchange.
Exchanges/Store Credit: Items may be returned for a store credit equal
to the purchase price, or exchanged for a new item of equal value, without
incurring a service fee. Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
Follow the instructions for a Return Merchandise Authorization below. Goodden’s
does not pay for shipping on exchange items. Standard shipping charges apply to
the exchange item(s).
Refunds: All non-defective items returned for
REFUND must be returned within 10 days of receipt. Follow the
instructions for a Return Merchandise Authorization below. Goodden’s does not
pay for return shipping on refund items. A 10% service fee will be
applied.
Sunglasses/
Eyeglasses Returns: When returning sunglasses, they MUST be sent in a cardboard box
with appropriate packing material. Any glasses not returned as specified or in
an envelope will be refused or subject to a 10% restocking fee. Make sure all
accessories are included and are in the original condition.Cleaning cloth
must be unopened.
Footwear
Returns: When returning footwear, they MUST be returned in the
condition you received them, along with the original contents and packaging.
Returns which are not in the original condition or not within the specified
time frame shall be subject to rejection or store credit only. Make sure any accessories are included and are in the
original condition.
Return Merchandise
Authorization:
Please send any returned items with everything included and in Original
Condition as described below. Please include a note, explaining why you have
returned the merchandise, along with a copy of your invoice that you received.
Your invoice number will be your reference RMA number. We will review the
return within 48 business hours, and process an exchange, credit or refund.
Original Condition: All items must be
returned in the condition you received them, along with the original contents
and packaging. Returns which are not in the original condition or not within
the specified time frame shall be subject to rejection or store credit only.
Return Shipping
Address: Items
must be shipped to Goodden's 1012 Main St. Mukwonago, WI 53149. When shipping
items back to us, be sure to use a carrier that provides tracking or delivery
confirmation. We do not accept responsibility for items shipped back to us that
are lost in transportation.
Lost in Shipment: Always use a shipper
that will supply you with a tracking number. Goodden’s is not responsible for
any items lost in shipment.
