Goodden's Shipping Policy
Free Shipping on Orders Over $99: Applies only to orders delivered to the lower 48 states in the United States of America. Original outbound order only. Does not apply to returns/exchanges.
US Shipping: Items normally ship from our warehouse within three (3) business days. If you are ordering for a special occasion, be sure to make your purchase with enough lead time for this processing, plus the time required for the delivery method you chose.
Tracking Numbers: We will automatically email a tracking number to you as soon as the carrier provides it to us, normally within 24 hours of shipment from our warehouse.
Weekends and Holidays: There is no shipping on weekends and holidays. The USPS and other major shipping companies do not pick up on those days. Please factor this in when ordering for special occasions.
International Shipping: We ship to most international destinations via USPS Priority International mail. Please contact us for a shipping quote at Contact Us if your country is not listed.
Please be aware of the Customs laws: Some countries have Customs procedures and laws that can substantially delay delivery by as much as 30 days. Goodden's has no control over this and can do nothing to expedite your order. This does NOT impact items that are delivered to U.S. addresses.
Lost in Shipment from Goodden's: We are not responsible for items lost in shipment or stolen at the point of delivery. If you are concerned about potential theft at the shipping address, then we suggest sending the item to your local Post Office for pick up there, or some other secure alternative.
Shipping Insurance: Shipping insurance is available for a small additional charge and will cover you for items lost in transit. Highly advisable for large orders, international orders, or time-sensitive orders. However, shipping insurance does NOT cover you in the event an item is stolen from the delivery address. The insurance expires once the USPS or other carrier confirms delivery to the Shipping Address.
Signature Confirmation: If the Shipping Address is an apartment, dormitory, condominium, office building or other location where theft or delivery error is a possibility, we STRONGLY suggest getting the USPS Signature Confirmation. The best way to avoid theft or mis-delivery is to get the item in your hands, or the hands of a trusted person, as soon as possible.
