Goodden's Shipping PolicyUS Shipping: Items normally ship from our warehouse within 72 hours (3 days). If you are ordering for a special occasion, be sure to make your purchase with enough lead time for this processing, plus the time required for the delivery method you chose.
Tracking Numbers: We will automatically email a tracking number to you as soon as the carrier provides it to us, normally within 24 hours of shipment from our warehouse. Please wait at least 72 hours before contacting us for a shipping number.
Weekends and Holidays: There is no shipping on weekends and holidays. The USPS and other major shipping companies do not pick up on those days. Please factor this in when ordering for special occasions.
International Shipping: We now ship to Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Japan. Please contact us for a shipping quote at Contact Us if your country is not available. Due to the changing costs of shipping, we will provide a quote for shipping overseas. All orders outside of the United States and Canada must be paid for via PayPal.
Return Shipping Address:Returned items must be shipped to Goodden's, 1012 Main St, Mukwonago, WI 53149.
Lost in Shipment from Goodden’s: We are not responsible for items lost in shipment. However, if an item we send is lost in transit and there has been no update on your delivery confirmation / tracking number for more than 2 weeks after the number has been emailed to you, please let us know and we will start a trace on the package. A trace can take anywhere from 8-30 days depending on the intended destination. If the carrier claims the package was delivered correctly, but you did not receive it, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
Returns Lost in Shipment: Always use a shipper that will supply you with a tracking number when you return an item. Goodden’s is not responsible for any items lost in shipment.
